St. Nicholas House is a fifteen-floor high-rise on Lagos Island housing a hospital, an office complex and a car park. Felmos Engineering tested the compressive strength of the structural elements in situ, floor by floor, without taking the building out of use — the whole survey ran non-destructively around an operating hospital.
